This beautifully renovated Naples Park home is ready for your enjoyment! Some of the wonderful upgrades include a stylish metal roof, a new kitchen, bathrooms, tile, a tankless hot water heater, and a fence. Spend your sunny evenings swimming in the huge enclosed saltwater pool and spa or working on your tan on any of the poolside loungers. If you want to venture out to the beach, take the provided toys, beach chairs, and beach wagons to make your day even more pleasurable. Surprise your loved ones with delicious grilled treats using the gas grill available. The covered patio provides a great spot to unwind with comfortable furniture.
Inside, a bright and open floor plan offers enough space to accommodate all your guests and it's been tastefully furnished for your convenience. The living area with its large comfortable sofa and smart TV with cable and streaming will be a delight, especially after a fun-filled day swimming in the pool or visiting Vanderbilt Beach (two miles). The fully appointed kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that acts as a dining table. There is a high chair available as well. For smaller guests, two pack n' plays with a full crib mattress, baby toys, and a baby play mat are all available. The wet bar off the kitchen has a sink and a mini-fridge, perfect for preparing refreshing cocktails or mocktails.
Four bedrooms and two full bathrooms will be ideal for large families, groups of friends, and couples. The main bedroom has direct patio access and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. The other three bedrooms share access to the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable sofa bed and a desk, which will be ideal for people who still need to work or study from home.
